WILDKITCHEN

Join us for

food, drinks

& fire...

With a starring role in The Gentlemen, the lakeside WildKitchen is the apotheosis of Guy Ritchie’s passion for cooking over fire.

Following the success of our inaugural series, we’ve assembled another stellar line-up for the summer, featuring some of the very best chefs in the UK, alongside Michelin-starred talent from Athens, Berlin and Mexico City. Each will join us in the WildKitchen for a one-night-only live fire chef’s table experience.

Rooms on
the Estate

With lavish interiors by Edward Hurst, the estate’s farmhouse was recently featured in House & Garden. Its six en-suite double bedrooms each have their own unique personality, featuring handpicked artworks and antiques from the Ritchie family’s own collection. The four new Hayloft suites, meanwhile, offer extraordinary luxury and towering views over Cranborne Chase, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and International Dark Sky Reserve.

Food & Drink

Back at the old brewery, with its uninterrupted views of the Wiltshire countryside, the Carousel team will be offering a varied menu of wood-fired bar snacks and small plates, available to order throughout the weekend. Arrive in good time on Friday evening for a relaxed set menu featuring the likes of wood-roasted monkfish, guajillo and smoked butter, served with hand-cut chips. The perfect warm-up act for Saturday’s WildKitchen experience.

Activities

Guests can now experience Ashcombe’s breathtaking landscapes over a whole weekend, with leisurely walks, wild swimming and a bespoke sauna to restore the equilibrium. The sauna is part of the brand new lakeside spa designed by Guy Ritchie himself, where you can indulge in a selection of treatments. Alternatively, wander the estate’s footpaths, map in hand, enjoying the rare chalk grasslands and ancient woodlands.
